I receive a huge number of mass campaign emails each week. Correspondence of this nature is read and the contents noted but will not routinely receive a response. This will enable my team to continue to give priority to those who require swift assistance.
I will continue to monitor the number of emails sent about each campaign and, where necessary, the views expressed will also be passed on to the relevant HM Government department.
