So many people across the Brentwood and Ongar constituency have done so much amazing work to help others during the course of the coronavirus pandemic, especially when the number of those in need has risen as a result of job losses, reduced incomes and illness. I visited the 3Food4U Project in Ongar, a charity co-ordinated by Pesh Kapasiawala and lots of volunteers across the Epping Forest District. Ongar is the most recent town to benefit from the project - hosted by Zinc Arts 3Food4U provides FREE food, clothes, toiletries and even a bunch of flowers! My thanks to all those involved in helping those who have fallen on hard times but may not necessarily qualify for the traditional food banks. This is community spirit in action.
